Yes it is! You will be charged $399 for the plan that includes Compounded Semaglutide or $499 for the plan that includes Compounded Tirzepatide, if approved.

Once your prescription is approved, your medication will typically ship within approximately 5–7 business days. After your shipping label is created, please allow up to 2 business days for tracking updates once the carrier has picked up your order.

If the patient completes a telehealth visit and a prescription order has been submitted and the patient desires to cancel the prescription order, HelloWellness will issue a refund of the total amount paid by the patient minus a $50 service fee only if the patient provides HelloWellness written notice via email at info@hellowellness.ai on the same day as the telehealth visit.

If your medication is lost in transit, we’re happy to work with our partner pharmacy to send you a replacement at no extra cost.However, please note that if a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, to the address provided, we’re unfortunately unable to offer a replacement due to a recent rise in fraudulent claims.
